How Do the Angels Send These Messages?
Your angels (or spirit guides) guide you through your thoughts, feelings, words and visions. They also show you ‘signs’ – that is, things that you see repeatedly with your physical eyes. One of the signs is repetitive number sequences.
According to renowned author and therapist, Doreen Virtue, in her book “Healing with the Angels”, “the angels do their best to get our attention and to communicate with us. In this way, they help us heal our own lives. However, we often discount the signs that they give us, writing them off as mere coincidences or our imagination.”
Your spiritual support team uses two gentle methods to show you these numbers:
- A Nudge to Look: They might subtly whisper in your ear, prompting you to look up at just the right moment to see a specific time on the clock or a phone number on a sign. The goal is for you to recognize the pattern.

Who Gets an Angel?
A common question I hear is, “Do I have to be religious to have an angel?” The answer is simple: absolutely not.
Because certain religious connotations permeate many cultures around the world, the word angel might draw or lead to assumptions that a people must be religious to have an angel or even an archangel presiding over them. However, that is far from the truth. Anyone can have an angel, regardless of their religious background. There is no limit to the number of spirit guides, guardians, and messengers you might amass throughout your lifetime.
I encourage you to allow your mind to view your angels in the way that feels most supportive, authentic, and comforting to you. For some of you, it may take the shape of an orb of light. For others of you, it may not be something visual but rather an awareness of a presence or energy around you.
Your spiritual support team is vast and can include:
- Universal Angels: Beings tasked with the well-being of humanity, focusing on areas like health, abundance, love, and life purpose.
- Guardian Angels: Your personal protectors, tethered to you from birth to guide you through life. Everyone has at least one of these guardians assigned to them.
- Spirit Guides: These can be deceased human entities who have felt a pull toward you – ancestors, loved ones, or even souls you’ve never met but who feel a connection to you.

The Seven Major Archangels
There are countless archangels stretching across all faiths and denominations. There are seven chief archangels. The two most important and only canonically referenced within the Bible and Quran are Michael and Gabriel. Though not explicitly named in the holy texts, Raphael is referenced, marking him as one of the three most prominent archangel figures. The remaining four are Uriel, Raguel, Zerachiel, and Remiel. Each has their own title, area of governance, and patronage over a sacrament.
Archangels can come to your aid if you have invoked them for a specific purpose, if you have directly addressed them in prayer, or if your needs relate to their sacrament or patronage.
